Joe has been involved in education a large part of his life and for many years was the Assistant Director of Admissions at a major Philadlephia, Pa University. There, he was reponsible for undergraduate admissions from Western Pa; Night School Business Admissions, and MBA Admissions. In addition, he has been involved in Career Advisement in the Air Force and was named Career Advisor of the Year in 1987 in his unit.
